ALLTRUST AI is a technology company. It is being established to build AI software for organizations whose work depends on documents, procedures and rules.
Who we are
ALLTRUST AI LLC is a limited liability company being organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Its formation is in progress. ALLTRUST AI is its trade name.
Our mission
Our mission is to build AI software that organizations can rely on for administrative and regulated work: software whose results can be checked, explained and traced back to their sources.
Areas of activity
- AI software development. We create applications and software systems based on artificial intelligence, from research prototypes to products.
- Business process automation. We build systems that reduce administrative work: they process documents, extract and check information, and automate operational workflows.
- Multi-agent AI systems. We design architectures in which several specialized AI agents collaborate. Each agent has a defined role. An orchestration layer coordinates their work, and their outputs are evaluated before they are used.
- Intellectual property. We develop, own, manage and license our own software products. Intellectual property is the core asset of our business.
- AI solutions for companies. We develop products and services for businesses, including the automation of administrative and operational processes.

Our business is the development, ownership and licensing of software.
How we create value
- Develop. We design and build our own AI software products.
- Own. The company owns the software it develops. Where a product relies on technology created by others, including technology created by our founder before the company was formed, the company uses it only on the basis of separate written agreements.
- License. We make our software available to businesses under license.
How we plan to earn revenue
- Subscription and license fees for our software products.
- Licensing of our technology to companies that integrate it into their own products or services.
- Custom software development: designing, building, configuring and integrating dedicated solutions to a client's own specifications, on commission.
Current stage
ALLTRUST AI is at an early stage. Our products are in development and are not yet commercially available. We will update this page as that changes.

ALLTRUST AI is a software company. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. Our software is designed to support businesses and professionals; it does not replace professional judgment or advice.
Leadership
Mircea Daniel Nicorici — Founder and Managing Member.
Mircea has a background in law, financial and accounting consulting, and human resources, and leads the company's product strategy and software development.
