1. Who we are

This website is operated for ALLTRUST AI LLC, a Delaware limited liability company in formation.

2. What this notice covers

This notice covers the website alltrustai.com and email correspondence with us.

3. What this website does not do

This website does not use cookies or similar technologies. It does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, social media plugins, embedded third-party content or contact forms. All fonts, scripts and images are served from our own domain, so visiting the site does not send your information to third parties.

4. Information processed when you visit the website

To deliver the pages you request, our web server necessarily processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, for the duration of the connection. We do not keep access logs of visits. The server is located in a data center operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany.

5. Information you send us by email

If you email us, we process your name, email address, the content of your message and any attachments.

• Purpose: to read and answer your message and to keep a record of our business correspondence.
• Legal basis (where the EU/UK GDPR applies): taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and keeping business records (Article 6(1)(f)).
• Retention: we keep your message for as long as we need it to answer you and, if a business relationship follows, for as long as that relationship and our legal record-keeping obligations require. We then delete it.
• Email delivery: messages sent to contact@alltrustai.com are forwarded by our domain registrar, Porkbun LLC, to a mailbox hosted by Google (Gmail), which process them on our behalf.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf (hosting and email), and with authorities when the law requires it.

7. International transfers

We are a United States company, and our service providers may process information in the European Union, the United States or other countries. Where data protection law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. In the EU and UK you may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, or to review and request changes to information we hold about you, write to contact@alltrustai.com.

9. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We do not track visitors over time or across websites, and we do not allow third parties to do so on this website. Because no tracking takes place, our website does not respond differently to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.

10. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

11. Security

The website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.

12. Changes to this notice

If we make material changes, we will update this page and its effective date, and we will indicate the change at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
