Administrative and regulated work follows a pattern: read the documents, establish the facts, apply the rules, act, and keep a record of why. Our research and development follows the same pattern.

Four areas of work
Document processing
Software that reads business documents (invoices, receipts, contracts, statements and official forms), extracts the information they contain and turns it into structured data. Extracted data is checked against the source document and against validation rules before it is used.
Workflow automation
Recurring administrative procedures turned into automated workflows: each step defined, each hand-off to a person explicit, and each outcome recorded.
Multi-agent orchestration
Systems in which several specialized AI agents work on one task. Each agent has a defined role and scope. An orchestration layer assigns the work and combines the results, and an evaluation step checks each output before it is accepted.
Rule-grounded reasoning
Methods for applying the provisions of laws, regulations and internal policies to a concrete situation. The aim is a result that is reproducible and that cites the provisions it relies on, so that a person can verify it.
Design principles
- Traceability
- Every result should point back to the documents and rules it was derived from.
- Reproducibility
- Where rules apply, the same inputs should produce the same result.
- Human oversight
- Cases that cannot be resolved reliably are flagged for a person to decide.

These are areas of active research and development. They describe how we build, not finished products.
